Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery at +91-9137376363 with your order details and supporting opening video. Our team will promptly review the issue and provide the best possible resolution. If approved then a new product will be redelivered within 5 to 7 days.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if your order is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect on our part. In such cases, the refund will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
